Why February
In the US, February is National Pet Dental Health Month, run by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). If you plan a promotion for your chew line around it, the stock has to be in your warehouse before February 1. Stock that arrives in mid-February misses half the season.

The table below starts from stock arriving in the US on January 31, 2027. It takes away our production time for plain stock and 28 to 45 days at sea across the Pacific.

Plan on the earlier date in each range. The table does not include making and sending samples, trucking to the port, US customs, or warehouse receiving. If you ship into Amazon FBA, add the check-in time too. Our sales team confirms the schedule for each order. The table is only there to tell you whether you are already late or still have time.
Private Label Needs More Time
We laser-engrave logos, make kraft or ivory packaging, pack sets, and print and apply labels from the files you send. The time for this depends on each customer's design, so we do not give one general number. Send your logo file and expected quantity first, and our sales team will give you a schedule after they review the files.
In our experience, treat the table above as the latest possible date for a private label order, then move it earlier to leave room for design approval.
Plan Around Tet
The Lunar New Year (Tet) starts on February 6, 2027. Factories in Vietnam close for the holiday. If your February promotion sells well and you want to reorder, that reorder will land right in the Tet break. If you want to keep selling after February, plan the quantity for March into your first order.
One Thing We Don't Promise
We sell coffee wood chews. We do not sell a promise to clean teeth. What we can say is that the wood comes from the trunks of Robusta coffee trees that are 20 years old or more, and that each chew is one piece of wood with no glue, coating or added scent. Owners should still supervise their dog while it chews and replace the chew once it gets small.
