Each Item in the Set Does Something Different

A gift set sells better when the buyer can see why each piece is in the box. So we suggest mixing by type of play, not by color. You can mix the items as you like.

Coffee wood chew. For gnawing. One piece of coffee wood, with no glue, coating or added scent.
Hemp rope ball or knot. For tug, shaking and throwing. The rope is tied in 2 to 3 knots. Rope ends fray with play, so say that on your listing.
Coconut coir toy. A soft chew that frays easily, for light, occasional play. Not a toy for dogs that chew hard.
Loofah toy. Soft, in shapes such as a bone, fish or bear. A good third item for a set that also suits cats.

We do not sell any item in the set with a dental or health promise. If your brand wants a claim like that on the box, supporting it is the brand's job.

Why the Whole Set Goes Into One Vacuum-Sealed Bag

Coffee wood is dried below 14% moisture at our workshop before it is packed. Hemp rope and coconut coir are plant fibers too. In an open paper box, moist air on a long sea trip would reach the wood and the rope alike.

So we vacuum-seal the whole set in one bag first, and only then put the bag into the box. This keeps the wood dry, and the buyer opens the box to find the set packed neatly together. This step is required for every set. The bag is plastic, so a set packed this way is not plastic-free, and we would rather you know that before you write your box copy.

Choosing Sizes for the Set

Size the set for the smallest dog it is meant for. A set for small dogs can pair an XS or S coffee wood chew (for dogs up to 3 kg, or 3 to 5 kg) with a size S hemp ball. A set for large dogs can pair an L to XXL chew with a size L ball.

Hemp balls come in sizes S to L, 4 to 9 cm across and 40 to 140 g, with or without a rope. Coffee wood sizes follow the table on our coffee wood chew page.

Your Box and Your Labels

We make kraft or ivory boxes from your design, and print and apply the barcodes and labels you send us. We can also laser-engrave your logo on the coffee wood chew inside the set. Printing, engraving and set packing are quoted separately.

Holiday 2026 or 2027

Here is the math with our own numbers. Plain goods of 50 to 200 pieces take about 8 to 10 days to make, and the trip across the Pacific takes about 28 to 45 days. An order confirmed in the last week of October 2026 would reach the US in early December at the soonest. That is after Black Friday, and before samples, customs and warehouse check-in.

A gift set with your own printed box takes longer than plain goods, because the design has to be approved first. By sea, a branded set for the 2026 holidays is very likely too late. The better plan is to start now for your 2027 selling dates.
